Shipping policy

All prints are made to order. We take great care in ensuring the highest quality and proper handling of every piece.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer domestic standard shipping (3-7 business days) 

Shipping Rates

Orders $0-39 have a flat rate of $2.50 in shipping fees, any orders placed totaling $40 or higher will have free shipping.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at sandg@sandgphotography.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we will resend the print or issue a refund.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers; larger prints are rolled and shipped in boxes.
